Chairman of the Pension, Benefits and Social Security Section (PBBS) of the International Actuarial Association (IAA); Member of CONAC (Mexican Actuarial Academy) and the Institute of Portuguese Actuaries.
President and co-founder of VITALIS®, an international company that provides consulting and investment services for private pension plans.
He serves on the board of public and private companies, private equity funds, large pension funds and family offices. In all, Abraham oversees investments of more than $15B USD.
Recently, he co-founded “Miles for Retirement”, a platform that allows people to save for retirement through spending.
Abraham has been a teacher of Actuarial Science and Pensions for more than 20 years.
He has given lectures and presentations at international conferences and has published diverse articles on pensions, social security and investment strategies.
Abraham actively participates in social causes related to diminishing poverty for the elderly, fighting labor informality, and promoting socially responsible investments.
Last but not least, having learned what Social Security will fare for all us, he is the proud father of ten children.
